About Us

Personal Profile,

As a young man I travelled a lot , worked abroad and played sport when I could, friends and family have played a great part in my life , and in my early thirties I met and settled down with Margaret , raised four children and two dogs and found two other loves in my life, camping and volunteering.
Camping is a great way to unwind with family and friends and to experience nature first hand, And my voluntary work with the Niall Mellon Trust and recently the Order of Malta International Camp for the disabled , has allowed me to use my talents for the benefit of others, enrich my life while finding like minded people who like given back a little something to society quietly.

Professional Profile.

At the age of 15 , I became an apprentice bricklayer, sat my City and Guilds in general construction, and worked on construction sites in Ireland till I was 21. Unemployment and recession finely sent me away to work in England where I grew up but my wish to return home was strong.
I returned to Ireland to work as a bricklaying / general building skills instructor with a Government youth employment scheme , working with disadvantaged youth from both the settled community and the travelling community. Here I built up both my personal and professional skills , man management,
Project management and commitment to getting the work done .
I entered self employment at the tender age of 25 and cut my teeth on garden works, garages and finely extensions, one off houses and larger commercial projects all of which I still have a love of. I enjoy the journey from the initial first meeting exploring my customers needs , through the planning process to the final walk around the finished article. Presently I enjoy great relationships with a large amount of regular clients.
